  Internship Program is a paid\, 10–12-week experience where you will be 
 fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of a team working in one o
 f the most dynamic and energic food and beverage locations in the country.
  You’ll be working in some of the most beautiful beach towns\, or exciti
 ng cities in the country while learning the inner workings of one of the m
 ost popular brands. We offer two programs: Margaritaville Restaurants Coll
 ege Internship Program - The program will include: o Front of the House po
 sitions: Restaurant Host\, or Retail Associate. Server opportunities are a
 vailable for students with over 2 years’ experience. OR o Backstage area
 s: Prep Cook\, Line Cool Margaritaville Culinary Assistant Program (For cu
 linary students only). You will embark on a new journey with our Culinary 
 Program as you create lasting impressions and unforgettable experiences fo
 r guests from around the world. Master your craft as you work side-by side
  with culinary leaders and fellow “heart of the house” teams. Experien
 ce: As a Margaritaville Internship Program participant\, you will gain on-
 the-job experience working in our Margaritaville and Landshark Bar & Grill
  locations\, will participate in unique learning experiences\, and can mee
 t people from all over the world. Also\, you’ll have the: · opportunity
  to network with program participants within your location and across the 
 company. · chance to participate in professional development and targeted
  growth opportunities in Operations\, HR\, Leadership Development\, Culina
 ry\, Marketing\, HR and gain business acumen. ​ We are committed to givi
